1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded between the buyer placing an order electronically through ailcommerce and the seller accepting the order. Commercial details of the seller are also provided in the invoice, pre-information, and contact areas presented during the order process.
2. Subject
The agreement governs the sale, payment, delivery, withdrawal rights, returns, and the rights and obligations of the parties for products ordered electronically by the buyer.
3. Product, price, and payment
The main characteristics of the product, sales price, total amount including taxes, shipping/delivery fee, payment method, and order summary are shown to the buyer before payment is completed. By confirming the order, the buyer declares that they have reviewed and accepted this information.
Payment may be made by credit/debit card, virtual POS, bank transfer, or other payment providers enabled on the platform. Security verification steps required by payment providers may apply.
4. Delivery
Orders are prepared according to stock and operational availability and shipped to the delivery address provided by the buyer. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, address, carrier, and operational workload. Tracking information may be shared through the order screen or notification channels.
5. Right of withdrawal
Except for legally exempt cases, the buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason. Withdrawal notices may be submitted through the account/order screen, customer support channel, or the contact email shown in the footer.
6. Exceptions to withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to personalized products, products unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, perishable goods, products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, digital content, and other products legally excluded from withdrawal rights.
7. Return process and refund
After a withdrawal notice, the product is expected to be returned unused, resalable, and together with its accessories, invoice, and original packaging where applicable. Once the return is accepted, the refund is processed through the original payment method. Bank and payment provider processing times may affect when the refund appears in the account.
8. Dispute resolution
Disputes may be submitted to competent consumer arbitration boards, consumer courts, or other authorities according to applicable consumer legislation.
9. Effectiveness
By completing the order, the buyer declares that they have read, understood, and electronically accepted the Distance Sales Agreement and pre-information terms.
