1. Order preparation
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation according to stock and operational availability. Peak periods, campaigns, public holidays, or supply processes may affect preparation time.
2. Delivery address
The buyer must ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may be the buyer's responsibility. Address update requests may be submitted through support before the order is shipped.
3. Shipping and tracking
When the order is handed over to the carrier, tracking information may be shared through the account/order screen or notification channels. Carrier policies, regional workload, and weather/transport conditions may affect delivery time.
4. Inspection on delivery
The package should be inspected for external damage at delivery. For damaged packages, a carrier report should be prepared where possible and the support team should be contacted with product photos.
5. Undeliverable orders
Orders that cannot be delivered due to absence at the address, incorrect contact details, or carrier delivery rules may be returned to the seller. Re-shipment or cancellation/refund options are evaluated according to the order status.
6. Return shipment
After the return request is approved, the product must be shipped to the notified return address according to the instructions. Proper packaging is important to prevent damage during transport. Return shipping fees may vary depending on withdrawal rights and campaign conditions.
